Prep Basketball: Arceo-Hansen Named to AP All-State Basketball Team

Toledo’s Fano Arceo-Hansen was named to the 2B Associated Press All-State basketball first team as released by the AP on Wednesday.

Arceo-Hansen was named to the team along with Kittitas’ Brock Ravet, who was named the 2B player of the year as well. Ravet’s teammate Caleb Harris was named to the first team as was St. George’s Erik Farias. Willapa Valley’s Matt Pearson rounded out the first team.

Arceo-Hansen, a 6-foot-3 senior forward, averaged 12.2 points, 7.4 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 2.2 assists per game while leading Toledo to a 24-4 overall record, which includes a Central 2B League title and a district championship. The Indians lost to Kittitas in the quarterfinals of the state tournament but managed to win their next two games to earn a fourth place trophy.

Arceo-Hansen was named the C2BL MVP and was named The Chronicle’s All-Area MVP.
